I heard from Oldsalty a few days ago. As the Boss has already said, he was helping a friend board up their house. The state emergency bureau was making Oldsalty leave his house because it is in a severe flood zone. He was just waiting for a suitable place that would accept his pets.
 
Let's hope he and his family are safe, and that his home isn't too badly damaged.
