Yes the extra O is what keeps the rot away. It seems a small amount keeps the O up while not harming the beneficial oxygen loving bacteria.
OR it is equally harming the good and bad bacteria but keeping rot away from having a more oxygenated root zone.
If going organic or soil never use hydrogen peroxide and go for hydroguard or another bacteria supplement. They poo oxygen etc.. :)

If we were in a matrix, a creation, or a simulation it is entirely possible it runs at a maximum speed.
How would you make something in the simulation then see something as going super super fast? You just slow down the whole simulation except for the part you want to move super fast. Now each brain only processed half the signals per second so things look twice as fast etc...
