I guess it's time to finalize the Throwdown... it's steak (not fish... red meat steaks).

Now figure out the rest ;)

PS! Members will be advised to vote on the recipe and overall yumminess (hehe), and NOT the temperature. If it looks too rare for you but you'd vote for it medium, still vote. Get it?

You guys need to decide... steak, cut down middle with pic of inside... sliced up... fajitas... what will you allow?
 
I am in and up for challange... haha me got a secret can't wait.. Boss Can alcohol be used in the cooking?? tb is bound to win! haha

Growing up we had some horses. They could talk too, out of their butts.! I shit ya'll not! I'd hold up the grain bucket and ask them if they wanted some more oats and all their tails would all fly up in unison and they would respond as one....." a phew ".....

They ate well.
 
thats the same thing Ol Blue said when grandpa asked him if he wanted to plow some more collards...
 
maybe...but grandpas Ol Blue was a big ol mule...probably 18 hands or so...

THP...you never answered my question...is this going to be on the 3rd and 4th?

I almost bought one tonight. I saw that they were on sale and there was a really nice two inch thick one there. I thought about buying it and putting it in the freezer, but alas I did not. I want to get one fresh. I will leave no mystery that I will be cooking a cowboy steak. That is a bone in ribeye to a tinge above Blue Rare. There you know it's coming now just prepare and beat it.
