Hi Chris
Did you mean, like, without anything else?... Hmm... I just dipped up some on the end of my finger to try it... I taste the smoke and a hint of bitterness... Mild burn... mostly on the back of my tongue though I put it on the middle. Is that what you meant?
Nice looking visual on that triple-threat appetizer. Let us know how it goes over at your next party.
Thanks and yes meant without anything else. I used some of my smoked Bhut, Butch T and Naga blend to kick up some wing sauce today and man was it yummy!

I'll bet it was! It's amazing how your taste changes once you've been exposed to the more extreme chiles...

Isn't that the truth?! The other day I made what was supposed to be spicy potsticker sauce with both chili oil and Sriracha. I could taste the garlic in the Sriracha, but it didn't seem all that spicy. Had to add some of my own powder.

Finally able to get out and pull a few pods. Final haul 2 bins about 15 pounds total. Still need to pick the 3 white habanero bushes but that will wait until tomorrow. Sunday means cut/dry/smoke/pick and possible sauce!
