after the golden stout, and correhuela this weekend, i figured i'd squeeze in another experimental batch, and then re-brew my IPA, and then your stout, and then i'll be in good shape to brew the NE IPA for BD#4 ...
 
i'll probably skip the Kolsch BD, but maybe not ... will depend on work, the BBQ contest and holiday, and if I can source an example of a Kolsch to try to have a clue what they beer should be ...

It is a chick beer. Light, refreshing, under 5 ABV.
