I think the competitions' spies are afoot! lol. Just saw these the other day. I think you should go ahead and put them outta business SL.

I suggest adding cumin since it always gives some deeper flavors which rounds all sauces I do and I taste it in many industrial products as well.

Curry ketchup is a good idea for a flavor too. Then cumin seed (toasted) yeah, yellow curry powder, curry leaves, coriander.

Ya know I haven't seen a Vindaloo Ketchup! I would welcome that flavor!
