Logchief's 2011 Grow

Thanks everybody, I've been really lucky so far, keeping my fingers crossed and trying to pick up all the pointers I can here. You know when you look at them everyday you just don't see the changes, but come home after a few days and wow what a difference.

Time to go get some more mycorrhiaze and make up soil this afternoon for potting up some more plants.

Was takin the year off here, set up my neighbor a couple years ago though and now he's kickin me plants- not a bad deal.
 
Got the next batch potted up today from #1 to #5 pots. Here's some pics of the my favs at the moment. Our gardener asked me today if I want to sell a couple of my pepper plants, not no but F#$% no, although if I get a good crop I'll probably give away half the pods anyway just because.. I've got too much mentally invested into these guys to part with one.

Maybe I'll try and grow some to sell for next year, but this was my first go around from seed

I will share all the seeds I can , but plants! No way Jose! :lol:

Yea i think i gave out too many every1 wanted more than what they asked for once they seen em lol

your plants are looking great LC you'll be swimmin in peppers nice work!

Thanks Kevin, I told him I'd give him some seeds tomorrow when he's back working on the backyard project

People are bugging me for tomatoe plants... if they had asked back when, then yes... but ain`t givin up my OWN maters :rofl:

Thanks Alph, the proof will be later this summer and fall.

Next year maybe I'll grow some extras, but got to much time, energy and heart into just these few to part with any at this point.

LC those plants look fantastic my friend.
And I feel ya on the plants. I have had several people ask me about selling plants and I just can't bring myself to do it. Maybe some day if an when we actually start a nursery.but right now..just to much individual attention paid to each one and can't bring myself to part ways :)

Been a good day in the dirt today, gettin the big planter box ready for maters and sweets adding and mixing compost. Got two more batches of potting mix made up and :beer: :beer:

great looking plants there log dude,

i might think the plants could be "propagated"
by a little cutting action and then you might
be able to share.

i have run some experiments with the 'matos
and it works, next will be the biker billy

it is always way better if you share :dance:

you might be able to use the "germination chamber"
for a "cutting chamber" for an "experiment"
