Yeah it is hot pot, and I think I saw that one JoeyK. On the show they mentioned it was Schezuan, right? Even though wiki says Mongolian.
 
I have to go to Punta gorda to help the wifes parents move so no time, and I still need to get a camera.... I'll l sit this one out, but I did drink half the bottle of fish sauce between beer runs to the fridge... I Call dried beans next.... and I WILL have a camera by then.... :beer:

But at this point, gnawin' on a big turkey leg and watching someone get the crap beat out of them by a mace sounds like a more satisfying proposition. ;)
