The burnt end sammie we just used on of our griddle pans and treated it like a gourmet grill cheese, no pressing at all :)

The wife made the turkey and the burnt end one was much better...#trust! Now if I had smoked that turkey we could discuss and talk about the epicness. ;)

JHP - how does quesadilla cheese work? ...
 
I had said I would try each of the Mexican cheeses from the cooler, and I had cotija, and the crema one, and yesterday I picked up bigger tortillas and the one called quesadilla cheese ...
 
is it low melting point, or ? ...
 
I need to quickie lunch on the gas burner and keep working so I can do bigger things later on =)
