WELL!  After all that, I'm caught up on the discussion, but haven't even started looking at the posts.  I'mma gonna freshen up the Ronni & OJ and start slogging through the 30-whatever posts.

This was an interesting vote.  Some very good cooking and very creative plates. 
 
Just a note for some that may have been posting for the first time-
There needs to be a Final Post with a summary of what you did, basic ingredients, maybe a couple prep pics...something to give the reader a little story, a start-to-finish, with a description. 
 
Many people who are voting only click on the link in the poll.  If the link goes to your one final post with a single plate picture, that's not a lot to go on.  I don't have time to scroll back through 29 pages of the original 3 week long contest to find prep pics.  I did vote for at least one single picture/no description post, but many of the other posts could have benefited from a couple more pics (even if it was previously posted in a prep pic) and a brief description.
 
Awesome cooking ALL!  :clap:  I'd happily maw down on any and all of them.  Y'all done good and it was fun to see some new people posting.

Between Tapatalk crashing 5x times trying to post it, and the drama in here, I wasn't able to properly convey just how awesome El Capitan is!
 
Check out my Creed thread though, I made a nice quesadilla w/ caramelized onions and duck fat and enjoyed the shit out of your sauce.

El Capitan is great!  Swamp Juice and Rocket Sauce are gone....El Cap almost done....

I literally got the entire idea from him and D3 always talking about my "food budget" and shit.
 
JayT went full-out and pulled it off, IMO. I gotta say, I love that.
 
Bumper's plate was really nice, too.
 
Really, there's a lot of cool stuff ... tctenten's sliders would look nice in the current TD ...
 
HM01's efforts are a bit under-appreciated in my book.
 
I have a feeling SS's ribs were bomb ... but we didn't get to see, and I got to see the inside on meet cooking contests =)
 
I'm sure I'm leaving some stuff out.
 
I feel unsatisfied by the CI bird Alynne did - did we every see the end ... it was looking good going into the oven w/ the root veggies ...

Well I think for most of these contests people buy and make things they would not have eaten at that time..for this I had company and menu already planned is my point.
