food My Badass Burrito!

Had to give this thread the Lazarus touch.
'Scuse me for goin' Zombie on ya' and allow me to 'splain.
Folks at work always have munchie's layin' around.
Donut's, pretzel's, and more or less junk food.
I never touch it.
But because I dig the peep's I work with, now and then I like to be liking givin' 'em something special.
Today I braised a bigass chuck roast @300 for 5 hours and change.
Shredded that and hit it with ancho chile lime powder and mixed in most of the drippings.
Then I mixed that with refried beans and a shit ton (Official SoFlo measurement) of sour cream and shredded cheese)
and slapped it on a bigass tortilla.
Big 10 incher's I reckon.
Rolled 'em up and vac pac'd 'em.
TIght.

However....
mrs. blues stole a good portion of the carne after it came out of the oven.
Seems it was driving her nuts sitting in her home office having to smell it all day.
With that said I could have cut back on the sour cream and scheeze as per the amount of carne she left me.
Bitch!

I'm into that luxurious bidness right there ... looks like you stopped to buff your nails before getting on with the rest, though!

I'm fussy about my hands as even more so than most musicians and perform regular maintenance often several times a week.
What was truly amazing with this burrito is that I ate that one, then jumped in the hot tub, and after, ate another one.
That's about 2 whole pounds of food in more or less than an hour.
For a guy like me that is a huge amount of food.
External forces were possibly at play.
Now THAT'S a mufuggin burrito!
I'm not into putting another man's burrito in my mouth.
But I reckon I'd make a 'seption for that one!
I'd eat a couple of bites, and then need to retreat to the tiki hut in the back yard to finish the rest.
Maybe listen to a little salsa. Maybe eat a little salsa too.
