A good night for grilling, have some chicken tenders marinating in an Asian style marinade and fired up some asparagus
I used to hate asparagus then one day i tried it NOT cooked to mush. Grilled with a tiny bit of Parmesan at serving its divine!!!
Try it as a tempura too, especially white asparagus.

Same, as long as it remains firm it retains all the nutrients and is MUCH better overall!
