I could see doing some of those frozen ones sous vide for a meatball sandwich. Cool then drop in deep fryer for crustification. Good marinara and some scamorza. I don't know which has me hungrier, this or tenten's pastrami.

I made a double batch, 3 bags of 16 each vacuum sealed and frozen. The other 50 went on sandwiches, drive-by fork attacks and the above pasta dish with zucchini noodles.
