How do ya like the WSM? I bought the same one a few weeks ago.
Thinking about a Stoker for it... Don't really need it but it looks cool ;)

I just seasoned it this past weekend and hope to cook in it this upcoming weekend. Need to get it prepared for a party I am hosting in Sept!

I don't see anything there that I wouldn't love ta have on my plate!
The 22.5" is probably plenty big enough to hold all of the protein you have listed especially if you rack the ribs.
I feel guilty only running a partial load in mine and end up smoking way to much.
Neighbors and co-workers don't mind ;)

I am doing the ribs in the other smoker! You called it perfectly.
 
Cooking some of this today for late night snack and tomorrow...
