food My obsession with heat and food...JoynersHotPeppers

So I had 2 spare rib-eyes laying around and decided to do a modern beef stroganoff dusted with our yellow ghost powder.

We picked up some local scallops on our trip through the Eastern Shore. Made a scallop fra diavlo using black prince tomatoes, Thai hot peppers, oregano and basil from the garden. This is an iPhone picture and I took some with other camera but was lazy and didn't use tripod so I'll check to see if they are worth a crap later.

Damn Chris where did you learn to cook?  I have been dreaming about the Dogfish Head Pukin Ale for quite some time.  Still haven;t gotten to try it yet.

Self taught, I wanted to go to school but been too damn busy with life!
