I am glad you posted that Chris, reminded me I have some tamarind paste I need to do something with. 
 
What do you think those red things are... :) I didn't make this up btw, was in a spicy cookbook and the guy claimed it was from a small village in Africa. It was damn good however!

Oil the pan lightly, work the thighs in the oil, sea salt then rub in the jerk paste. 425 for 50 minutes and perfection occurs. I seriously never believed it possible until I tried.
