Tonight we took a trip to Thailand. We made Ginger Thai Shrimp over Jasmine Rice. We used our Thai Rooster Spur peppers for heat!

Grilled purple fingerling potatoes with mixed tri-color sweet bell peppers, red onions and all dusted in our Thai Blend served with a grilled rib-eye steak.
We love it because it adds perfect heat without overpowering the food! Also, We had 2 pounds of powder of it plus an addition 1.5 pounds of the smoked version.
