I cooked it right before heading out the door for the kids. It was medium on smaller piece and mid rare on larger. Made tuna salad sandwiches today....yum!PIC 1 said:Two photos of the Tuna.........I was hoping there would be a third photo of the rare center. Shot #2 shows a peek inside...

Edit: after perusing the fridge I can see a shop is in order, and I think I will try a chimichurri for the first time. Thanks for the inspiration.
