It is about 2 inches wide in 8 to 10 inch strips. I just made up some chimichurri and have the meat marinating before it hits the grill. in addition, made a huge batch of salsa. The plan is to have chimichurri steak tacos with fresh salsa and avocado. I think I'll be breaking out the real camera for this, iPhone will not suffice! Stay tuned...
So the beef loin flap steaks are more like 3 to 4 inches wide, here they are before heading to the grill.
