That looks like pineapple and mango? How do you like it? I have used both separately but not together yet. Your sauce looks good, nice consistency.
 
Crabcake and chorizo together on the same slider?  Hmmm.  NEVER seen that.  JHP the innovator.  I'll be watching.

Not sure I can do that tonight, already had two beef/chorizo sliders today :) Might be for tomorrow but most of the crabcakes for tonight. 
Pork is at temp, will pull it shortly to be used for carnitas at another time. Crabcakes are made and setting up in the fridge...one set aside for the top this sandwich coming up!
