Making burgers and wings this weekend, 5 pounds of fresh sirloin.
More prep for tomorrow, first is my spin on Nashville hot chicken. This is my buttermilk brine and the 2nd is jerk for the grill indirect cook.

Do the beef loin dropped in BBQ'n with Grant came out like this....did not disappoint the wife! The marbling turned to butter and the beef had the most amazing flavor!
