a few months ago i ran into Ron Bruns in the local fruit shop, he owns Bremen pastiserie down the road from where i live and Famous for his Award winning pies, so when he asked what i was doing "still singing in ze band" with his cool accent, Nope Ron i still mow but do other shit now and have to come see you, id like you to make me a Pie when i have some of these chilli's im growing (Bih's)

Forward 2 months,, took a day off to hang out with family so went for a Coffee at Rons.. his Sulawesi Toraga, freshly roasted is to die for,, anyways we end up chatting bout chilli pies and i ask him "When ya gonna do me a Naga Pie?" "whats a Naga?"

Ill be Back.............. rock up with my bag and he gets excited and calls out his son whom is a Chilli head turns Out (!@$$~%# YAY) So 1st Up NagaSav, give that a try to see what the heats like, thats bout 20% Naga's in that.. 6 Fresh Bih, here ya go this is what they look like fresh.. 1 of these in a Pie would prob Do...But here is some Naga Powder as well.

Sooooooooo, he's gonna go home try the nagasav, make a pie or 2 with the bih to get a level, Make a couple of Rippers and let me have a go to see how Hot it is, Whoooooooooooo Hoooooo been waiting on this for Ages..

Popped into Rons ths arvo on way home to get a coffee and ask if he tried the Bih's "i cut a bit off the end and then chopped a carrot and had a piece of carrot, they are hot" and his son is figuring out how much to put in as tried a bit..

Ron is lways in the papers for some shit and he was the 1 that said "we film me making it yes and you eating and put on internet" hahahah yes Ron, thats the Idea Make 4 though as want others to have a go to as then it be more fun

Just had a thought and better go in tomorrow,, ok THEY thought a lil bit was Hot and May put a Lil bit in pie and think its Hot. Better show em a vid LOL

I would run one of those for round 2 instead of a fresh bhut in the COMP if they are good and HOT!:mouthonfire:
 
Awesome! I havent had a good pie in years, they are hard to find these days.

Would the 'internal slippery slide' efect of the chilli override the fat in the pie? Could be marketed as a health pie!

picked 1/2 kilo off the bih yesterday and thought Hmmmmmmmm Pie

im still Burning as Just made this and tried a bit, SHIT its hot (and new Blender works Excellent)

and found a spoon Nearly as Big as The Spoon of Dooom, so will take both to Ron and be much easier than chopping fresh and nearly killing 1's self, plus be concentrated :D

Good stuff Neil! I want pie now....We have some nice pies over here actually....For mcgoos sake....Dongara nth, and bakers hill on the way to kal! Good pie! Man that paste all i thought of when i looked at that bottle was my arse burning in the morning! LOL!
 
Rock in with the Paste and Rons smiling away. im armed with screenshots of youtube the paste and the SOD, so im explaining to Ron bout Youtube and he just goes "go see my son, he the 1 that make" so go out and he is Flat out making sausage rolls "sorry havent had time to do the pies yet, having probs keeping up"

"its ok and made it a bit easier for ya (get out stuff) so as he is making im blabbing away and then stick the end of the spoon in and get some and try, Ron see's from out front and flies out back. im fogged up , drooling and trying to talk and they laughing away.. then just said "here, 1 of these into a single serve pie should be good enough"

so thn went out with Ron and got a coffee, bout 2 min later his son comes out and being 1 of us, had to try the Naga Paste didnt he hahahahahahahaha Loved it and we will do a couple of vids.. the Making of the Pies (as gonna do 4 or so) and then the Eating of the Pies..

Ready to go, then the Usual Happens "neil can i learn how to use your DVD camcorder then can do ya vids" um ok.. then when came back was no power supply with "it didnt come with the stuff you gave me" Oh ok so i lend something without the powersupply... bummer its so new I HADN'T used it yet and now have to find a powersupply YAY
