New Pie coming , can't Wait

got battery recharger on way from Hong kong as like to use DVD camcorder for this.. practice for doin outdoor tests

wonder if theyll let me test a chilli on top of Sydney Harbour Bridge? or Put Banner up on Opera House and do 1 in front of, that be heaps coool and good for tourism LOL already got dudes from Europe coming to Oz for holidays just from watching the chilli tests,, silly me thinking its bout chllli's,, nope the birdlife thats heard, the Climate (as don't realise how Blessed we are here) the People, most come watch a test then in true aussie sprit Have a Go themselves.

Now we Have Naga Pies so added Bonus LOL

the $9 hong Kong battery charger is Better than the stupid Power suppply that actually came with the Cam and have already talked the non chilli eating neighbour into eating 1 "dude, have to test the Cam.. wanna do a lil chilli to see if works?" hahahahahaha a Maleguata have to try 1 now as was funny, and will put up on youtube prob tomorrow..

Whooop Whooop oki doki, this arvo took new DVD camcorder and Cameraman to Pie Joint and did some filming. Geez had a few Coffee's so bouncin all over the joint and hyperExcited ya could say..

but all good and got 2 intro's Motorhead and the Offspring, stuffed if know which gonna go with as Both fit and Love both will decide later suppose..

Ok off to get day to Make/eat tomorrow and hopefully he say Saturday

looks great mate. Tell Nova that I could have come after all cause my days project was cancelled due to strong winds...:( I would have loved Naga pie!!!!!!!

ok well Firstly I have to say thank you so much neil for sending me a pie....and thanks even more to Nova for delivering it......Nova, next time come into the back yard you goose....

The first thing i noticed upon cutting it in half was the red/orange glow to the meat, then the naga smell hit me with a force that would send most boy scouts crying......

I have to admit that as soon as I smelt this "evil thing" I was very nervous...

Oh well down she goes. Within seconds of the first mouthful I was in a bit of pain and within about 30 seconds I was almost crying....hehe

The taste was truly sensational. the texture of the meat was good and chunky and the gravy mix was spot on. The pastry was very tasty and didn't want to crumble away to nothing.....

I realy liked this pie and despite stopping to cry about 3 times I managed to eat it all down.

It's 15 minutes on now and I can tell my stomach is going to hate me in a few hours. after 10 minutes my mouth was still glowing red and wasn't just burning, it was throbbing really hard and it felt like my mouth had swollen up....hehe

Here is the after shot of me once the evil little bugger was finished.

I can make basic home made pie with proper gravy style meat so I will be trying something similar to this but it won't be as good as this pie......

My mouth is still tingling an hour later....:)

Nova Didn'T finish His (nearly did) Or Dave, he wussed out 1/2 way through and went the Milk, Young Tim surprised as was a Late starter but got through the Lot, nearly Heaved but was Ok..

Im soooo making more naga Paste as soon as can get pods as they just bout gone through that Jar from Just eating it, Ron and Daniel have been assimilated now although wouldn't go a Pie may in future.. i know i will be AND all needs a couple days notice and they will make them especially for You, so i can see a Lot of People Visting but giving a few Days Notice Shit Yea, ill have 1 a day if could AND I DON'T LIKE PIES these though are a Work of Art..

Only ever had burning Piss once or Twice,, Make that 3 as wow was serious before and thought was going to Explode, arse burnt for over 30 min too so Something to look forward to Moy Boy :)

The Making Of is Part 1 as Daniel made them in Like 5 min and we were totally amazed watching Him, Dang he is good..

Have to Make Pt 2 but got footage from 2 Cams and got to make Something, Pt 1 is just bout Up and will whack it here as soon as done.
