has been a while now more pics

made a halfway house for the hotties

cut some pipe

hang some plastic on like a picnic shade

thought it needed an extra layer (cloudy day unable to tell)

made a small adjust for the angle of the dangle

run like this for about a week or so did not kill any

update june now summering

left chili is fatalii center is my yellow pube with the brown grow tips
and right is a 7 pot Jonah all are in the nursery size five black buckets
these live on my patio at home

this is one of my scorpions also at home

this is a small seedling pair of orange pubes at my other grow in an industrial area
it is planted in a 24" pipe cut in half
the coin there is a quarter

this is my few year old orange pube (i do not remember how old she is)

this is a pod on the old orange with a penny (date wrong as i dropped the POS camera and did not readjust it there yet)
this same perón today is starting to turn orange(6.22.11)

yes i am having issues with the bubbling and the brown crud
at both grow locations
but still battling and
hoping for all my grow problems to diminish as summer kicks into high gear

have been killing those damn caterpillars as i find them
sorry it has been a while
the older leaves have been sacrificed and things are looking better now may post more pics when i get more ripened pod(s)

this is a nearly ripe perón dorado with a silver maple leaf




sorry my POS camera and photo skills do this no justice it really looks much tastier in situ




(silver maples are ±38mm or 1½" od )

as it turns out the peppers are pretty good at
making seeds and seed coverings even with the neglect
and against the bucking fugs and other things
trying to slow them or kill them

They really grew up didn't they. Some great looking plants and pods you have going there.

Wow good sized pods!! Now I see what you mean when you wanted something for size reference. The problem is my plants are on a fence that's 8' tall so the top of the plant is 10' which makes taking picks with a quarter in hand a bit difficult.

I am surprised you can get pubes to produce in Anaheim right now, nice work! I have a couple that are getting pretty big but absolutely no flower production, even in the shade. It may be a bit hotter here in Davis than Anaheim but usually they have similar weather.
