The system was running some tasks last night, which makes sure the post counts are correct, so you may have seen a slight change for a minute or two. So you're not crazy

Salmon roe.
Cured salmon roe or caviar, also known as Ikura, rocks harder than pennitentiary steel! Real easy to make your own too. Mix it into a little garlic aoli and spread on crustinni's....heavenly! Wish I had some right now!
