Green Pea Noodles on Swiss Chard from the Garden spiced with Cayenne from the Garden.
(threw in some mixed mushrooms too)

Long time ago, haven't seen them for a while now.

Asian markets usually have them. They are more commonly used in some Korean dishes.

Non of that in this town, have to wait to get to Calgary for the Asian Markets, T&T is were I go when I go, if lucky once a year.

SO I made a couple batches of Noodles from scratch this week, yesterday did Sprouted Millet flour and Spinach powder. Tasted ok, needs work on bringing out the flavour. I used Caesar sauce on them. Rolling them flatter and thinner would have been better.

100gr to one egg is the rule, I may have added a tbsp water, so depends on the egg, if its a nice large one then probably dont need extra.
