food Noodle thread

Supper last night.
50/50 Green Pea and Ancient grains Noodles.
Chopped tomato and red pepper, Habanero heat, smoked cheddar.

Non of that in this town, have to wait to get to Calgary for the Asian Markets, T&T is were I go when I go, if lucky once a year.

100gr to one egg is the rule, I may have added a tbsp water, so depends on the egg, if its a nice large one then probably dont need extra.
