beer Official Brewdown Thread!!!

When are we planning to judge these? I'm probably bottle conditioning too. Brew this weekend.
1 week ferm
3-5 day dry hop
2 week condition

Need about a month?
Wheebz you want to make seperate thread?

I will judge them the day that they show up, its only fair for this type of beer

and there should be no condition time

it should be dry hop for 3-5 days, then a single day of crash and into the bottles/kegs to either bottle condition or carb and ship

I turn around my Animorphus IPA in 10 days from start to glass

Fermentation is slowing down a bit on my NE IPA, so I hit it with a dry hop charge. 1.5 ounces of Azacca and Equinox mixed. I'll be hitting it with another hop charge tomorrow depending on where the gravity is at. The brew smells fantastic right now.

Good deal!  Got this one tucked away in primary now.  First time brewing this style for me. Will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Nice! It's my first NE IPA as well. What kind of yeast did you pitch? I went with WLP005, hoping some of the fruity esters will compliment the hops and style.

I am surprised no one used Vermont Ale, but it is the same stuff as London III and the british ale yeast is pretty close as well

yeast bay makes a vermont strain as well
I was going to order that, but procrastinated and had to get something lol.
