P-Son's "mild to wild" Manscaping prohibited!!

After a couple nudging pm's it is time to get things rolling...well, get a list situated atleast. I won't be starting my seeds until March 1 this season. This list is subject to change, and I'm betting it will before I'm done typing. My two goals this season are 1.) Take less pics and better quality 2.)Sow later and achieve similar yields. My germination techniques and set up are not inspirational or extravagant so the bulk of my updates will be after early june plant out. Fert apllication and medium are changing a tiny bit but staying simple with it.

c lanceolatum.... Holy Grail stuff!!! After 47 days I sowed my last couple seeds in a last ditch effort. 9 or 10 days later and this guy hooks. I'm over the moon...that is until I see the seed hull hanging on. Really?? So what do you do when only 1 sprouts out of your 7 seeds and it has a helmet head? Surgery ensued! I weaseled the pinhead sized casing off and everything looked nice and green but in a few hours it started looking rough. Fingers crossed for now. Excuse the cell phone picture here.

Diggin those flower shots ! Fuzzy little things.
The individual plant in the pot next to the house is ridiculously healthy.
Pods on the Primo already. cool !
Galap plant is moving faster than a Triple Crown winner.
I bet you're happy to get some plants inground...sit back and watch them grow, right in front of your eyes.

Yeah, I quit.  Hoping you have more luck with these plants I am sending that I do.  You are getting the best of the lot because obviously you have a better knack for it than I.  ;)

They are still quite small but it seems the sooner I can get them to you the better.

Wow, this glog is filled with premium pod porn! Everything is looking great.

You mentioned that the in ground plants do better than the container ones. I've heard this before, but I have never had the space to try planting peppers directly into the ground. Maybe I'll do less tomato plants next year and give it a go.

Awesome flower photos bro ... what camera/lens are you using for them??
Thanks trips...just a nikon point and shoot with a bigger zoom. I never used a camera other than polaroid or a cell phone so it's going to take awhile to learn. Greg told me to shoot in manual mode and don't look back. Still having issues getting things exposed properly outside. A lot more difficult than inside under controled lights.

Stefan, I should have elaborated. In the ground,it is less work to keep plants fed, healthy and roots cool. You notice the difference later in the year.

As usual fantastic update!

Plants look very healthy, and of course the pics are wonderful. I have this thing for those purple flowers, I'll have some in my grow next year for sure.

It looks like you have some great soil there..rather jealous of that as I have sand as a base....yuk!

Stunning pictures and plants. You redefined the definition of green plants, John! The Orange Primo is off to a good start.
Thanks Stefan,I hope the Primo goes orange. It started off a bit funky but has turned into the nicest looking chile plant I have ever grown.

Scott, later in the season I will bundle up some purples for for you, pods or seeds. I just broke open the one bed last season,a lot of shale in it,but it grew some very nice plants last year. I keep cleaning some of it out,but I think it has helped with drainage to some degree.

Im getting excited for you. Those little pods are AWESOME!!!
I usually get bored once they get in the ground(I love the seedlings indoors) but I am starting to get alittle pumped. The growdown will be fun,and I am planning on trying some interesting crosses.
