wonder if you can use pancake batter to make muffins.. and then fill the center with maple hehe. Cheers!

Affirmative.

Cupcake pan.

Cut bacon to fit the holes.

Crank and spank into the oven until crisp.

Remove bacon.

Share some with your dog.

Splooge in pancake batter and return to oven.

Watch it like an eagle watching a shih tzu coming out of an RV at the camp ground.

When about 3/4 done, make a hole in the middle.

Kung Fu One Finger Death Punch.

Wooden dowel or knife handle works too.

When done, rocked out and popped out...

Splooge in the maple syrupnessess.

Or any dang 'thang for that matter.

Like an egg.

Or a bacon cheese jalapeno popper.

But those are all just technical terms.

If you can think it and dream it.

You can make it.

I don't know if you've ever posted a basic recipe for your pancakes, but if not, could you? My wife and I make sourdough pancakes often (she makes the batter and I cook them) but they're plain AP flour and I want to start working some whole-er grains into them.

edit: Those look awsome, as usual, by the way.

Basically to 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 2/3 cup milk/water/juice, 1/2tsp baking powder (MagicBP), flavours like cinamon/ginger/nutmeg etc. Liquid will depend on the flour so maybe 3/4cup liquid.

Mix all but the BP, leave minimum 30min for the flour to hydrate (makes a big difference, one hour if you can) then add BP and leave min 15min so it can work, I usually 30min. then fry.
