I'm really happy that Yaki popped up for you, Paul.  I wasn't able to give you many chances.  Very nice purple color on the stem, too!

As it happens, there are two hooks in that picture.
I didn't notice the one in the lower left. I just double-
checked and it is, indeed, a second hook! There's a
soil bump in there, too, so maybe the third will pop,
as well.

Thanks for sharing those precious seeds, CD. I hope
to be able to send you back some iso seed at the
end of the season!

That's a bunch of plants Paul! They're looking great

One question though - are those dates on your labels?

Hey, Bou! Thanks for the good vibe!

Yes, those are dates. The first is when the first
hooks appeared, and the second is the transplant
date. When it comes to pot-up or plant-out, there
will be a third date. Just my OCD anal retentiveness
showing itself     Hopefully I won't have to
transplant these to another container before then,
but I think I'm whistling in the dark there

Seventeen days into germination, so time for
germination data for the first round of seeds.
Any more that pop up I'll add to the germination
data list. Maybe a few more wilds will show up.

bitter end! Glad I sowed the alternates, they had a
better percentage of varieties than the original list!

•Very pleased that 6/8 of the varieties from fiogga via
PtMD989 and Bhuter showed up. Pretty good for wild
varieties!

•Three out of four varieties from Semillas de Palma
came up, very happy about that. Still hoping for the

Great info here as always. Your data keeping is great. I just can't bring myself to do it. I made a map so that I know what seedlings are where (although I have a purple papa dreadie somehow) and I started tracking the date hooks emerged, but a couple days in I quit even doing that.
It's fun to stop by your glogs and see what I'm supposed to be doing.

Awesome, I figured one of those would be germination date, but the second date made me wonder if those were dates at all!

And keeping track of things is good, in my line of work you can never have enough data, because there's always something to improve and the information you collected will show that to you... (and yes, sometimes we're called OCD as well, but we'd need data to prove it  )

Great stuff, Paul.  Inspiring.  Everything is so clean, well documented, and professional.  Makes my grow spot look like a rummage sale, lol!
Don’t be so hard on yourself, Unc!

I kind of doubt that, Inoks. Labeling is everything!

Looking good Paul, with perhaps some wilds lagging as they often like to do.  FWIW, here's my last-year's times with a few of the ones I sent you that aren't up yet.
Cardenasii - 18-31 days
Lanceolatum - 13-17 days
Praetermissum - 8-20 days (skewed long)
CAP 1491 - 16-45 Days (skewed long)
Chacoense Putapario - 15-17 days
Rocopica - 18 days
San Pedro Orange - (3 seeds currently waiting at 9 days)

Hope they get it together for you pronto!
