I prefer this method I think allowing the sauce to sit for at least 24 hrs in fridge then heat and bottle allows flavor profile to meld then just a quick tweak to get it perfect while heating for bottling.cone9 said:If you are making sauce you can:

Almost all my ferments are from frozen stock. Nice job cone9!!
