Pepper People are the Best

I'd like to thank Bumper for sending me this lot of dried pods.

They smell fantastic, I can't wait to put them to use.

Thanks Bumper!

Thanks, JHP ... PPATB!

PS - the ham was pretty warm and pliable, so I thought to freeze it, and then I'll thaw it and use it ...

I'd also like to make an "inquiry" regarding the smoked Thai variant.

We joke about it all the time ... although with you mentioning it, there's definitely a 'take's one to know one' element ...

I believe I noticed a recent cabinet conversion project over yonder, right? ...

Yesterday I placed my 1st order from McMaster-Carr (which I'd never heard of) ... and then later I placed another ... it's ON!

CHEERS!

Let me know how the ham is once you try it, need to send some to SnF!

I was recently stocked on fresh meat, so I couldn't eat it too, and something needed to be held ... I decided the ham should get cooled as quickly as possible to slow it's roll (in the bad way), and that it would fair fine w/ a few days in the freezer for being vac packed ...

I'll defrost it and use it next week, for sure, and report back w/ pics as per the usual ...

No rush, when ever :)

PepperDaddy's sauce is the best breakfast sauce by a mile, although SF's Tiki Torch can be sub'd in, I'm thinking ...

The Smoke Canyon is mind-blowingly good, original rec for that came from THP.

The bacon, is of course legendarily good, and the original rec for that came from BigB.

FreeportBum's Devil's Dust is ridiculously hot. Use it carefully, or pay the ultimate price - that's why it has a picture of a sphincter and bloody tears on it.

The batter and cornmeal have become my thing, because Danielle throws away all of the packing materials from everything I bring in ...

I often use ramyun packages, but I thought you might like to check out some other favorites of mine.

The onion batter is bomb, and my favorite batter for most things, but if you want to do a more traditional tempura for shrimp, the other one does that rough texture tempura better than all the others I tried against it (hint: I was thorough, like usual) ...

Those Sclafani maters are because I saw you doing some pizzas, and again, that's the backbone I settled on for building a pizza sauce.

Enjoy, dude ...

CHEERS!

I'd like to give a shout out to Yellowfin2na.

He was offering Chocolate hab seeds through a SASBE, but living in Sweden I can't send one. I offered to paypal him whatever it might cost him, but he wouldn't have it. He sent me the seeds for free and chucked in amazing bonus seeds. Truly an outstanding guy and I'm really grateful.
