Leave that puppy runnin 24 hours a day man. These guys need LIGHT. I promise it won't make any difference on your electric bill.

How long is a little while a day?
 
Phat, your plants are going to make it, I still think they need more light. It's been a while since I've been back here so what are you using for a light right now? And the pop bottles are perfect for seperating your plants.

Yup, drink cups work great long as they have drainage holes, and I also save all my sour cream, cottage cheese, etc. containers for potting into as well. Once they get big enough, you'll need 3-5 gal containers or buckets.

Mine were .99 ea. at the nursery store.

Check the cafeteria at school, I bet they toss lots of those 5gal pails.

The plants look like they are growing towards the light..meaning they ain't getting enough. You'll get tall spindly plants that way. Just a couple $3 30W CFL's should do for awhile...but keep it close, like 2" away. Or, a basic shop light with a couple 40W bulbs which are under $20.
