What is funny about that picture is that looks almost like my setup! I recently covered my 70 - 200 however...
So that's what my lens would look like all dressed up. I'm loving my new ghetto studio lighting. 65W halogen spot and 65W halogen flood (not pictured nor used on this date).
Which body is that and which Monfrotto tripod and head? I cannot stand shooting in unnatural light and try to only do it using my lightbox for pod shots.
Canon 40D and Manfrotto 290... ball head came with it. It's the smaller/cheaper head, but it works... so I'm happy with it for now.

Looking at putting two under each of the six. Those six are 16x20's. With the frames they are ~20x24. BIG.
The ceiling height is something like 20', so yeah I could put tons of pics over them if I wish. That might end up happening way down the road.
