here's my rookie attempt of the moon shots. They're not as clear as I wanted but I was fighting clouds and Chicago light pollution.
It was tough trying to find a spot to see it amidst the apartment buildings and we have a gigantic maple tree in our backyard that blocked any view from my balcony most the evening. I was shocked at how fast it moved, I did a 30 second exposure and there was so much movement in the photo. Definitely a sky shooting learning experience for me, not one of my fortes.
