1/23/12 After 3 days of neglect while I was out of town. Tray sat on a table near south facing window. Not what they needed but it kept them alive. I used my 15 minutes of free time for the week and hung a light for them.

And to make my day even better.....
2012-05-16_17-59-00_605.jpg

Weather is still getting cold at night here. I have been pretty patient and waited out the rain. Had time to get 18 in the ground yesterday, and by the looks of the coming weather it timed it decent.

Thanks guys... Maybe I can get some powders to you guys before October. Chris' red 7s powder got me hooked last year but I wasn't able to make any of my own til it was almost snowing out.. My main reason for starting early.

Everything is looking spot on P-Son. I love the pod shots. I think I almost like the flower shots more (I'm going to hell aren't I) Glad to see your grow is going good. I am hooked on powders too, they last forever and give you the kind of heat you want, when you want it. I've been flying through the powders like crazy! I went through two ounces in 3 weeks.....I need to re-up. I want to find a few different people that have some for sale but the supply right now seems slim. I know waywright has some but I've ordered my last two orders from him and he only has one kind left. Any suggestions of known powder dealers....lol.

Cap 649 anyone? A bacc. For sure.

Is this a lacewing egg?
2012-05-22_18-51-54_65.jpg

Second question.... Am I psychotic for even spotting this thing?

Nice update prod! Waiting on the Z!
Shane I will send you some when they get full swing. By the looks of them I should have plenty.

No idea if it's a lacewing egg, yes you may be psychotic, but in a good way. Peppers are looking great btw. That's a bishop's crown, no? Cool.

I'm pretty sure it is a lacewing egg - good eye, dude!
Your plants/pods look great. I can't wait to be where you are now!
I'm with Shane - no patience for this waiting.

Bishops crown, yes. I hear they ate tasty. Nice job getting all of those plants in. I still have a few that need potted up into their final spots.

Thanks for the info.I ordered ladybugs because I can be impatient also. By the time they get here they will have nothing to eat. I have been squish happy.

PLants and pods are looking sweet. Good to see mother nature is taking care of your nasty ahpids.

My favorite shots are the ladybugs

Funny story last weekend me and the kids were driving in the car when my daughter starts screaming bug bug bug. My son says thats only a lady bug. I stop the car immediatley and grab the lady and set her up front with me. Drive home immediatley and set it on one of my plants. So no your not psycho we all are normal just the rest of the nonchiliheads are psycho

Great story, Jamie. I guess it's still too cold for ladybird
beetles and lacewings here. We don't have mantis as
far as I know.

SAVE THE LADYBUGS!

Tides are turning... These are some weeds at work that I spied some friends on.

Lacewing larvae are nasty little critters.. This thing picked an aphid up over its head and started sucking. My first time seeing this,I am impressed.
