I wasn't planning on posting these ribs since I took such a huge beating last time. But here goes. Y'all can take your best shot! they were too good for anything you guys might say to negate that.
I have learned that ribs cooked in the oven require low temps and lots of cooking time. These for instance were started at 300 degrees F for the first hour and then lowered to 275 for the remaining 3 hours, not to forget covering them. After the initial 4 hours, uncover them, drain off any liquid that might be in the pan and mope them with your fav BBQ sauce and bake for another hour on 250.
Now that creates some outstanding, melt in your mouth bone marrow sucking ribs.
