I am at work at the moment and can't look sorry.

To be honest it probably doesn't have a brand on it. I bought it at one of those cheapy shops, cost about $15 I think. They are pretty common over here, most homes have one.

I just popped on a breville 4" pie baker from flea bay. Not mini pies, 4" which are more the size of the frozen pot pies.

This store has alllll kinds of stuff. Like every part of the animal. Hooves, trotters, tongue, heart, tripe, catfish, whole tilapia, (and another fish i cant remember), shrimp, crab, clams, oysters, stuffed clams ....and its a small IGA store. I wish it wasnt 35 mikes away over a 4020 ft pass.

Korean kalbi ribs babaaaay!!!

More info!!!! Or recipe?

Im off to google....

Boss, i got that recipe, thanks! Xoxo to you too.

I'll look at recipes tomorrow. I dont know why they labeled it as 'texas style' ribs. I was thinking asian, and every Texas ribs search came up with long ribs and not these thin sliced ribs.

More googling in the morning.

If you have a decent butcher near you , ask for flanken cut/style short ribs and you won't have drive over mountains to get it again.

If you have fresh ones that you want to freeze, put it in whatever marinade you want on them and in a zip bag before freezing. I can't explain why but freezing and thawing in the marinade makes it better. Even if i buy fresh the day before i want to cook them ,i will marinade /freeze overnight , to thaw the next day before grilling.
