food S.I.P./Quarantine Cooking

Had a hankering for a while now. Today was the day. Seafood Gumbo.  :cheers:    3 lbs medium shrimp, a dozen crabs cleaned, sausage, tomatoes, onions, okra, bell peppers, a host of dry spices, roux and rounded off of course with file gumbo and splashed with hot sauce ala yours truly.

Put them in the oven to crisp the insides?
I don't think that would of saved 'em.  I can't think of any relatable description.  Bread dough, deep fried.  definitely not the fluffy pillows shown in the food show we were watching....which inspired the attempt.

Aw, Well, ya usually don't make perfect piecrust/hotsauce/alfredosauce/etc/etc  on the first try.  I'm'a gonna give it another go later~

No photoshop. It was a gift many years ago. Full set of plates, bowls and saucers. I've chipped a few here and there...  :confused:

if i were to attempt to recreate these;
Cider Vinegar, thin sliced Cuces, pinch of Sugar, pinch of Salt, thin sliced Onion, extra thin sliced Habs.
put in Refrigerator,  ready to eat by suppertime
Sounds good. And sounds yummy, easy, simple pickle ...
