I wish I had started my hots way earlier, but what the heck? I didn't think of even growing them early on..

No Bhuts here either, or anything hotter than a hab. I guess we need to start working on them

Anyways yer gonna have a great year I can already see that.

Here in the Garden State we dont even need soil to sprout things. Just plastic bags on the kitchen floor.

Thanks all. I think I am going to start hardening them off this week Annie. I want to plant out next weekend. Hopefully the freezing weather is behind us. My mom and uncle seem to think so. Its going to be a chore because I have so darn many plants, but It will give me the opportunity to take an inventory of what I have left.

Pia, can’t wait to see your stuff outside and as far as the hubby … you should have asked him how he knows what at Bronx whore house smells like without AC in da summer, ROFLMAO, sorry mi sister I couldn’t help dat, lols

Edit: I forgot to tell you that the husband does not like the fish shit at all. But happy wife, happy life. He has to deal with it. He tries to complain by saying it smells like a Bronx whore house in the summer with no AC. I cant stand him sometimes

Awesome garlic starts ;) ... keep up dat great work, it will all pay off big time :)

Bout time we heard from you. Hope all is well. Your in Ghana huh?!?!?! Very nice! Enjoy beautiful Africa as much as you can. I will send some prayers up to the pepper gods for you to have 100% survival rate. Thanks my friend.

Pia when is your last frost date? It seems a bit early for you to plant things outside already. You have to be sure the chance of a frost is past. Specially with young plants. One freeze and they're done. I would hate to see you lose everything after so much hard work. If you're south of Trenton you should be OK. Should.

Thanks Patrick. I didn't plant out as when I checked the 15 day forecast it called for at least 2 day below 40. I think first week in May is more likely. Checked your glog. Things are looking real good my friend. Keep up the great work.

Pia, you've got an awesome forest of chinense going on in there! Great color and foliage health is spot on.
Can't wait to see that Purple Bhut as a mature plant.

Great Job!

P.S. Yeah what Patrick said about frost, but not just frost that ground should have some warmth in it to keep their momentum going. Otherwise you're doing great with them indoors; they're not suffering by any stretch.

Pia! Wow... magic happening here this season. Well done... steady now... you have worked so hard to get so far... wait a little before going outside. Harden those plants off before you do. I have the opposite here in Africa, I have to acclimatise the plants to the sun and heat lol If I put the seedlings straight into the garden they just fry lol Really awesome plants and glog! You're going to be rolling in pods when the paydirt hits ;)

;)! Such a tease, I've been "willing" the connection along for 15 mins so far....and just getting to the good part:"........this is my........."

The babies are looking nicely fortified, you are going to love the Black Naga- excellent powder!....and they are THE beef pepper as far as I'm concerned.Munch em with steak or mix into GB for burgers.

Heed the words of the Tarantula Rancher, he's a Meteorologist too

Your plants are looking awesome! Running out of room is a good problem at this point in the season, it means you're almost ready. You're ahead of me, mine are growing slower this year. I think my new growing location has slowed them down with the cooler temps.
Anyway, you're plants are doing great!
