food Sandwich of the Month

yea, loin is fine.
The Cuban culture is wonderful, vibrant, loving, family oriented, fun! Something I get to enjoy by proxy living as the one of 17 white guys in Miami. 
They don't fuss too much about stuff like which cut of roast pork to use on a Cuban sandwich. 
I like picnic shoulder because I can make chicharrones.
...and it's cheap. $0.59/lb on sale this week at Sedanos! 
 
Are we allowed to "interpret" our sandwiches to make them different from the others?

You just HAVE to de different!!! Hehe. I like those though, the bread is like brioche. My place closed down they used to serve them half the size of a Cuban and I'd get a black bean soup.

Nah, I'm not doing one, I just remember that it came up last time is all ...
