You know where this is going right?.....Oh yeah a all time fave but i don't have all the stuff yet. Kraut needs a few more days but i may use some kimchi instead and i dont have the right bread.
I cant even buy a piece of flat cut brisket for $4.49/lb. It was $7.99/lb...i checked and then saw this sucker calling my name.
I grill the corned beef with the kraut for a minute or two first before it goes on the bread. I love the flavor of a tiny bit of char on the cabbage and it gets it all warmed up before the bread gets grilled. PITA kinda but its tasty that way and its easier to get a better melt without burning the bread.
