Yum! You're talking my language! The only thing that would make it better would be a couple pieces of crispy prosciutto.

I made a muffaletta, omitting bologna/mortadella, because I hate it. Bought a ciabatta circle-loaf from a local bakery, it was topped with onions and artichokes. Chopped up a ton of olive medley and marinated garlic to make my own tapinade, spread it on there with a little extra olive oil to soak into the bread.

Well, fiancee hates olives. I screwed up. But I got to eat it all. If I do it again, I'll take pics. But I might have to cook it then add tapinade to keep her happy.

So THP threw down the cheese sammich challenge.

I accept.

I have Kings Hawaiian Bread.

Romas.

Pepper jack cheese.

Havarti.

Sharp cheddar.

Pineapple.

Avocado.

Roasted red bells.

Ranch.

Yellowbird Habanero.

Only one little 'thang....

I shall endeavor.

To persevere.

Self sacrificing.

Marching alone.

Into the unknown.

Even should the inevitable occur.

Like.

Going past my bed time.

Who knows what may come.

For what fate dost await us.

In the dark of night.

In a garage.

In Texas.

And now.

Have mercy.

TB, that grilled cheese is tantalizing!

One thing about you damn Texans is how loyal you are, that Yellowbird sauce, from Texas, etc. I like my Brooklyn products the same way (SOME of them ;)).

Da kine grinds is zen.

It is nowhere.

And everywhere.

Thanks mate, it was delicious. I'm not Polish, I do have a Mediterranean background but I was born here. That sausage is a hit in my house, I have started buying three lengths at a time just so I get a chance to taste it. Lol.
