Boss needs glasses :) You can see the cheese muhahahaha. Sum I thought the basic didn't have sour orange. :) Any way, it was a fusion and good eats.

Ok, I'll throw a little somethin' in this ring! This is my Gotta Go Po'Boy! You know, when you open the fridge and determine what's got-to-go?! This probably should have gone to the DC, but I haven't done a SOTM in ages!!!! Keep in mind that I've never actually had the pleasure of trying a real Po'Boy, so.....I guess this is my interpretation!

To atone for the shrimps, I made a batch of Creole Slaw - red & green cabbage, 'penos, green o's, and my homemade pickled onions (inspired by SoFlo's picklese recipe). I prefer my slaw shredded, but friends don't let friends slice drunkft!!!!

Emptied out the spice cupboard making my Creole Seasoning from scratch! Worth it.

Oh yea, there was mustard too. I ditched the dijon tho, and stuck with the stoned. Ground, I mean.

The components. Tossed the baked shrimps in butter + Louisiana hot sauce. The last of it. Worth it.

No buns in the fridge, only a partial loaf of French bread. So I carved out faux pistolettes! Scovie called them Cajun Taco shells!  :rofl:

The intention - load the boats with side by side slaw and shrimps. The result - my boat sprung a leak.

The finished product! Topped with some sploogy sauce. It had sour cream and lime juice. And probably something else, but that part's a bit fuzzy. Maybe nothing else, and that's why I can't quite recall it?
