Seriously delayed

Okay so I was drinkin and decided against my wifes better judgement to make some sauce.

50 grams of red savinas from last year
1 teaspoon of bhut paste ( thanx AJ)
1 0r 3 teaspoons of habenero paste
3 cloves of garlic
1/8 cup af apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of white vinegar
1/2 scallion
a smidgon of lime juice
7 mini carrots
mind you this was two bottles worth

i tried this sauce and was greatly dissapointed.....3 minutes and 23 seconds (exactly ) I began to ask for medical aid. It for no good reason got absurdly hot and wouldnt subside for about 25 minutes. great flavor secret heat I gave this sauce an 8 out of 10

the ingredient list looks good & sounds like it'd be tasty.

'Tis is true about the drinkin' thang! I'm going to make it without the paste. I'm going to actually use all fresh fruit with that same recipe. We'll see what happens... I just have to wait for about another 3 weeks for everything to ripen up.....
