Ok, so I let the second ferment sit much longer than usual but the room I have them in is fairly cool. Anyway, I have moved them all to the refrigerator to stop the fermentation. I cracked open a blackberry one and got a little whoosh sound.
When I checked my jar/mugs the covers were pushed up and hard when pressing down on them.
I strained out the fruit and refrigerated it and can use that in a smoothie.
It turned out very well, slight vinegary taste, light carbonation, and awesome taste.
I finished off my gallon of vegetable juice last week so I will have to see whats available at the big swap meet area near me. I checked the local farmers market and I personally found it to be a waste of my time. NO fresh vegetables, only canned and home processed things.....and craft stuff, sheeese. It will be the swap meet for me as a few of the venders there have almost any fresh fruit or veggie you could want. Meanwhile, waiting for mine to grow....You cannot rush mother nature!
