From what I read... the green is whipped avocado not guac (nothing is added), the mayo is whipped with cream, and they usually add salsa chapina a chimichurri like salsa. They also have shredded cabbage which I think I can see under the condiments and the hot dog is always smoked and sometimes sliced.
Ketchup and mustard, must be one of those trendy ones in San Fran.

I am making a pretty epic pizza right now. I shall post pics of all when it is done.
Then I go to bed, work tonight.
Here are the raw pics of the throwdown that didn't happen. I ran out of pic space for the steak, so I'll throw that in later sometime. I didn't want to post any of this before because, I didn't want to distract from the TD as it was AWESOME!!!! I didn't have any plated pics as I knew I wasn't entering, so you just have to imagine, but the food was amazing.
