8am grilling, pan searing, and drinking. Scallop pieces for my Asian salad later sprinkled with sea salt and pepper, seared in butter then a splash of white wine. A couple of chuck delmonicos, some onion and pepper pork sausage links and the Juice. Fantastic! Time to eat and go to bed for this rainy day!
