First Geeme, and now this. With all these Scovie imposters runnin around... I do not know who the real Scovie even is anymore. Maybe this "JayT" fellow is the real Scovie, but in an attempt to steal JayT's identity, Scovie changed his name.... This is big.

Maybe it's all just one big identity theft ring.

Beautiful grill marks on that... Something tells me you have done this before.

I am not able achieve that at all on a charcoal grill.

All I can tell you about the grill marks is get your grill as hot as absolutely possible, then when the crud on it turns to ash, wire brush the grates and throw the meat on there maintaing the high heat. When you flip the meat, flip it at about a 30° angle onto another part of the superheated grates, Then reapeat the flippage at opposing 30° angles so each side has grill marks in two directions. And DON'T touch it in between! I only use this method for large pieces of meat.
