Phil, I am diggin' all you are doing.  The prok and the beefs.  Keep on keepin' on brother.  I have a big fat Strip steak marinating right now to appear here in a day or two.
 
Rib eye with a shallot and herb compound butter accompanied by smashed purple potatoes and brocollini sauteed with garlic olive oil anchiove paste and some crushed red pepper.  This is an old pic but I am also doing up some steak tips tonight.
